Hello Neighbors and Welcome to the new Neighbors4Peace.org Website!

It's still not done (of course) but at least we are moving forward. As many of you know, I have been working for several months to create website that was a true community website.

What does that mean you ask?

Well, in short, it means that each us will be able to contribute and share through the website and my ultimate goal is to create a system that will truly facilitate the communication between different Neighbors For Peace Groups and the creation of new Neighbors For Peace Groups in other communities.

I honestly thought I had it all figured out when this weekend began, but it didn't quite work the way I thought it would (which is the story of my life really), and I ended up starting from scratch 3 times before I got things to work as you see them now.

I have to do some more testing, and soon we will have some training sessions that will teach you how to become more involved should you wish to do so. I have designed the site to have several levels of participation, from "Neighborhood Visitor" to "Neighbor For Peace" all the way up to "Neighborhood Webmaster".

Soon you will be getting an invitation to register with the site and learn how you can contribute to the online Neighbors For Peace Community. For now, you can just take notes and in the future I will be asking for your feedback on what you like and don't like, and if you find things that don't work of course.
